KnowGula uses artificial intelligence to analyze food images and provide estimated glucose impact information, nutritional breakdowns, and alternative food suggestions. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

KnowGula uses automated AI analysis. AI estimates may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

By using KnowGula, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This tool provides automated AI-powered analysis and does not guarantee the accuracy of any food identification, glucose estimation, glycemic index, glycemic load, or nutritional information

• AI results are estimates only and should never be used as the sole basis for dietary, medical, or health-related decisions

• No AI system is 100% accurate — results may vary based on image quality, food preparation, portion size, and other factors

• You are fully responsible for any decisions made based on the analysis results

• We do not verify user-submitted images or content

KnowGula is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals, physicians, or registered dietitians before making dietary changes

• Do not rely on KnowGula results for managing diabetes, blood glucose monitoring, or any medical condition

• AI-generated glucose risk scores are not a substitute for blood glucose testing or professional medical assessments

• If you have diabetes or any metabolic condition, use KnowGula only as a supplementary informational tool alongside professional medical care

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose of educational food analysis

• Not rely solely on KnowGula for critical health or dietary decisions

• Provide accurate information and genuine food images for analysis

• Not use the Service to provide medical advice to others

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

KnowGula Unlimited is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the recurring subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing period

• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law

Subscription management is available through the Settings page.

All content, features, and functionality of KnowGula — including AI models, user interface, design, and branding — are owned by KnowGula and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowGula and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any health consequences resulting from dietary decisions influenced by AI analysis

• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading food analysis results

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of data or service interruptions

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KnowGula, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of KnowGula after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
